Requires Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

Kingdoms Connected (KCDC) is a free multiplayer mod for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. It puts up to 512 players in the game’s own Bohemia on dedicated servers, with proximity voice chat, an in-game server browser and game modes scripted in JavaScript. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has no official multiplayer mode, so the mod adds one. It never modifies your game files, and your single-player saves stay as they are.

ROLEPLAY

Stories that run past nightfall.

A monk, a noble archer and a torch-bearer meet in a castle yard after dark. Every character in this scene is another player, dressed for their role.

For scripters. For server owners. For world builders.

Servers are live.

Write your own rules and open the gates.

01

An extraordinary starting point

The forests, towns, and castles of KCD2 become the setting for stories your community writes together.

02

Your imagination. Your game mode.

Think beyond co-op. Design an economy, write a faction system, or turn a quiet village into the heart of a roleplay world.

03 / BUILT FOR THE BUILDERS

You write the rules.
They live the story.

Bring the mindset that made FiveM servers unforgettable: deep systems, custom interfaces, and a world that responds to its players.

Server-side game logic

Build around players, events, and the rules of your world.

Interfaces with web technology

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the menus and tools your community needs.

A typed, documented API

The whole API ships as TypeScript declarations on npm, and the guides cover resources, events, quests, shops and web interfaces.

BEFORE YOU SET OUT

A few things
worth knowing.

Straight answers about playing, installing and hosting.

Does Kingdom Come: Deliverance II have multiplayer?

Not officially: KCD2 is a single-player game. Kingdoms Connected is a free, fan-made mod that adds online multiplayer to Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, so up to 512 players can share the same world on a dedicated server.

I build FiveM servers. Is this for me?

Yes. If you love designing roleplay systems, economies, factions, or custom interfaces, bring that experience to Kingdoms Connected. This is a different game and framework: FiveM resources are not drop-in compatible. Join Discord to discuss your idea and the current tooling.

Can I play the mod right now?

Yes. Kingdoms Connected is live and free to play. Join Discord for the latest builds and setup instructions, then pick any public server in the in-game browser. New builds land often, so feedback shapes what comes next.

How do I start building a server?

Every Kingdoms Connected release includes the dedicated server for Windows and Linux. The hosting guide covers running it and getting it listed in the in-game browser, and the scripting guide covers writing your own game mode in JavaScript or TypeScript. Discord is where server owners compare notes.

Are all the server ideas shown here available today?

The worlds on this page are examples of what a community can script, not ready-made servers you can join. The live server list shows what is running right now, and the scripting documentation shows what you can build. The API grows with each release.

Is it free, and do I need KCD2?

Kingdoms Connected is a free community-made mod. You need a legitimate copy of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II installed to play.

Is this an official Warhorse project?

No. Kingdoms Connected is an independent fan project, not affiliated with or endorsed by Warhorse Studios, Deep Silver, or PLAION.
