ABOUT THE PROJECT

The people behind Kingdoms Connected.

Kingdoms Connected is a free, independent fan project, built by a small team on MafiaHub's multiplayer framework.

Who builds it

Kingdoms Connected is made by a small team working in the open. The code and the documentation live on GitHub, and the day-to-day conversation happens on Discord, where you can reach any of us directly.

Built on MafiaHub

Kingdoms Connected is part of MafiaHub, which provides a modding framework dedicated to multiplayer experiences. The same framework carries the services the mod relies on: the masterlist that fills the in-game server browser and the public server list, and the release storage that the download page points at.

That is also why you will see the MafiaHub name on the release notifications in Discord and on the YouTube channel linked in the footer. MafiaHub is the organisation Kingdoms Connected belongs to, not a separate mod.

What the mod does to your game

Nothing is copied into the game folder and no game file is modified. You unpack a release anywhere on your PC and start the game through the Kingdoms Connected launcher, which keeps itself up to date. Your single-player campaign and your saves stay exactly as they were: start the game from Steam as usual for single-player, and from the launcher for multiplayer.

You need your own copy of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. The mod is free and always will be. The install guide walks through the whole process, and the FAQ answers the rest.

Not an official Warhorse project

Kingdoms Connected is an independent, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Warhorse Studios, Deep Silver or PLAION. Kingdom Come: Deliverance II and all related names and assets belong to their respective owners.

If you write about the project, the press kit has logos, screenshots, gameplay clips and a fact sheet.
